Lockdown is a great time to practice your skills! Take a look at this quick video focusing on lifting the ball and soloing on the move. Make sure to always practice off both sides/feet! Although activities may get more complicated as we move up the age groups, tactics & more fitness based sessions come into play - the best players will always be the ones who have practiced their skills throughout.
Give this short session a go on the days you would usually train. Repeat each activity as many times as you can or pair them all up to make it more challenging.
