St Maurs All Ireland Ticket distribution
Dear Members
The club will be notified of its allocation of stand and terrace tickets for the All Ireland Football Final on Tuesday 25th July 2023.
The club management has decided that tickets can only be fairly distributed by lottery which will take place on Friday 28th July in the club upstairs bar starting at 8.30pm.
Only fully, paid up adult / minor members of St Maurs can apply for tickets through the club. This will be based on the membership as of 1st July 2023. This includes full members, social members, adult players and minor players. Minor players are defined as those born in 2005 or 2006.
Note: members should not contact any committee members, including the chairperson and secretary, to canvass for tickets over the next week.
As a club we would love to satisfy the demands of all our members but we don’t expect to have nearly enough tickets to do this. We trust you will accept our efforts to be as fair as possible to all members.
Rules of the draw:
· Only paid up club members are eligible for entry into the draw. Membership of all attendees will be verified on the night. Please ensure you are a member before attending.
· Members will be asked to submit their name on an application slip for entry into the draw.
· Members must be present in person on the night. The club will not accept application slips from family members, representatives or otherwise.
· The club will not engage in the swapping of tickets, members must sort this themselves.
The draw will work as follows:
· Names will be drawn for stand tickets, each name drawn will get 1 ticket
· Names will be drawn for terrace tickets, each name drawn will get 1 ticket
· Full payment must be made on the night by Credit or Debit Card by the member
